LIZ A. BUFORD LCSW, QSCEO & CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Liz Buford, LCSW, boasts a decade of mental health experience, initially in Pennsylvania as a mental health technician and live-in care provider. Relocating to Florida in 2010, she excelled as a therapist in the juvenile justice system for over nine years. Liz's expertise spans children with diverse challenges, earning promotions for her administrative and leadership skills. She ascended to Clinical Director in Orlando's residential facility. In 2019, she became Director of Behavioral Health at a federally qualified health center, adapting to the pandemic's challenges in 2020. In 2021, Liz and her husband ventured into entrepreneurship with We Matter, aiming to provide innovative services to the community and fellow clinicians.

Karon Montgomery LMHC, CJSOTS, Master Addictions Counselor
Karon Montgomery, a licensed mental health counselor from Orlando, Florida, holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. With over 17 years in the field, including 12 years with the Department of Juvenile Justice, he specializes in treating adolescents with co-occurring diagnoses. Ms. Keniesha Francis, LMHC, is an adept clinical leader with a robust background in directing teams to deliver trauma-informed care. With over 20 years in the mental health field, Keniesha, a UF and USF alumna, excels in treating cognitive and behavioral health issues.
