Family therapy is an intervention that will allow you and your family members to address family dynamics and overall family functioning. Family therapy can help you through difficult times using constructive and unbiased guidance from your therapist.
Couples therapy (also called marriage counseling) is a way to improve your partnership before it’s too late! Whether you’re married, engaged, dating, or just getting to know each other – couples therapy will offer you and your partner an opportunity to dig deep into each other’s individual and shared issues that may be affecting your relationship.
Group therapy is a form of treatment where you join with a small group of people who have similar problems to talk in a safe and confidential environment.
We are not currently offering group therapy services due to COVID-19. However, we will let you know when we begin virtual group sessions!
We are not currently taking any insurance. We offer a self-pay rate of $90-$125 for individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
